Estate Bungalow is situated in the foothills of the Western Ghats, 85 Kms from Cochin. The house has a typical Keralan Estate Bungalow style with spacious bedrooms, verandah, living rooms and a large kitchen. The Estate Bungalow is located in the midst of a well maintained organic farm which grows vanilla, pepper, nutmeg, chilly, papaya, pineapple, banana, rubber, a host of fruits, vegetables, herbs and medicinal plants. The manure needs of the farm are met with farm animals, cows, buffaloes and goats. Two large freshwater ponds are the source of water for irrigation and aquaculture.
